PipeLance does not currently include native contract signing or direct signing-provider integrations. Proposal preparation, engagement tracking, and internal approvals happen in PipeLance; contract signing happens in the provider your organization chooses.
No integration setup is required in PipeLance. There is no DocuSign or PandaDoc connection in Settings.
Recommended administrative setup
- Document which external signing provider the team should use.
- Define who may create and send contracts in that provider.
- Define where completed documents must be retained.
- Require the deal owner to record completion in PipeLance.
How it works with proposals
Finalize the proposal and any discount approval in PipeLance, complete signing in the external provider, then update the deal stage after your team confirms the contract is complete.
