E-signature integrations

PipeLance integrates with DocuSign and PandaDoc for e-signatures. Rather than building a native e-signature product, PipeLance connects to your existing DocuSign or PandaDoc account so you can send proposals for signature without leaving the platform.

Note: You need an active DocuSign or PandaDoc account to use e-signatures in PipeLance. Your existing plan limits and billing with those providers apply — PipeLance does not charge separately for signatures.

Connecting your e-signature account

To connect DocuSign or PandaDoc to PipeLance:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Select DocuSign or PandaDoc from the list
  3. Click Connect and follow the OAuth authorization flow
  4. Once authorized, you can send proposals for signature from PipeLance

How it works with proposals

After connecting your account, you can send any PipeLance proposal for signature in one click. When a proposal is accepted, PipeLance routes the document to your connected e-signature provider and tracks signature status back in the deal timeline.

For details on sending proposals for signature, see Creating proposals.

Auto-stage advancement

PipeLance can automatically move deals forward in your pipeline based on signature events from your connected provider. Configure stage advancement in Settings > Integrations > [Your provider] > Automation.
