PipeLance does not include contract signing or a direct signing-provider integration. If your team uses a separate signing provider after a proposal is approved, that provider controls the signing workflow.
Your provider's limits apply. Its plan determines usage allowances, retention, legal certificates, and overage costs.
What this means
- Signing usage and overages are determined by your provider's plan.
- Signing-provider charges are billed directly by that provider.
- Signing activity is reviewed in the provider's product, not synchronized into PipeLance.
- Your team records the resulting contract status in PipeLance.
Checking usage
Use your signing provider's dashboard to review current usage, plan limits, completed documents, and any overages.
