PipeLance integrates with DocuSign and PandaDoc for e-signatures. This article explains how the integration works and what limits apply.
Your provider's limits apply. PipeLance does not set its own signature limits or charge separately for signatures. Your existing DocuSign or PandaDoc plan determines how many signatures you can send per month and what overages cost.
How it works
When you send a proposal for signature from PipeLance, the document is routed through your connected DocuSign or PandaDoc account. The signature request is created, sent, and tracked by your provider. PipeLance displays the status back in the deal timeline.
This means:
- Signature limits are determined by your DocuSign or PandaDoc plan
- Overage charges, if any, are billed by DocuSign or PandaDoc directly
- PipeLance does not add per-signature fees on any plan tier
- All signature activity is available in your provider's dashboard as well as in PipeLance
Connecting your account
To use e-signatures in PipeLance, connect your DocuSign or PandaDoc account in Settings > Integrations. Once connected, any PipeLance plan tier can send proposals for signature.
Checking signature usage
To see how many signatures you've used this month, log in to your DocuSign or PandaDoc account. Your provider's dashboard shows your current usage, plan limits, and any overages.
